I cannot send money as it doesn't find paypal account connected to email address (it is a valid one)

Hi, I cannot send money to gmail account. It doesn't find connected paypal , when i am typing in search tab. What shall i do?

Thanks for your post and welcome to PayPal community!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble to send money. If the email address you are entering is registered with PayPal you should be able to send the money. Please double check if there is any typo or if you are given the correct email address. The other option is to send the funds to the registered phone number.
