I received a refund, which I paid in UAH, but the refund was in RUB. Due to the situation in the country, I cannot receive a transfer in RUB to the card. Will PayPal convert RUB to UAH to send a refund to my card? I paid in UAH. My bank support said, that - if refund will be in ruble, u will not receive it, if in UAH u will. What I have to do?

When a refund is issued, it is automatically sent back to the bank/card that was used to make the original transaction. If the refund is in a different currency to your card, the refund will be converted to that currency.
Typically refunds take 3-5 business days to process. Please keep an eye on your card statement to see the refund.
