I cannot accept or decline a friends and family transfer that was sent to me

It shows "youve got money" and then click here to "accept" ...but when i try to accept it goes to a 404 error screen  that reads: 
"Sorry about that.
Looks like something went wrong on our end. Try again in a minute or two."

Things ive tried before posting: 
1, Clear cache and cookies from browser - same results

2, Switch to new browser - same results

3 try using the PP App - same results

also, we havent used this account in a while...but theres no "issues" with it.

Same issue, been trying all afternoon without success. Same attempts to fix, tried 4 different browsers and 2 different devices, cleared all cookies. Still nothing and the transfer is urgent. Am at the hair tearing stage now.

 

UPDATE:

Went to the Resolution Center to raise a case. Got the identical message, something went wrong blah blah so I can't even raise a case.
