I understand that you haven't received your refund since 26 days. Not to worry! Refunds to credit/debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. Refunds to bank account can take 3-5 business days. To know more about how refund works, please click here.

I am sorry to know that you haven't received your refund yet. In this case, I suggest you to check your card statement once and get in touch with your card issuer in order to trace the refund.
