I can't send or withdraw any of my money.

Hi PayPal and PayPal's community ! I have an issue.. I can't transfer any of my balance or withdraw it to card.

I even got an bank transfer that says COMPLETED but it's not even on my card.

I double checked and my account isn't limited. Can anyone help? (I tried contacting chat support one thousand times but I'm not on the "business hours")

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to transfer your balance, I can certainly understand your concerns with this. All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue. If you've completed a transfer and it hasn't been deposited to your bank yet, though, this may need to be reviewed further. I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. Support is available by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page, through Facebook Private Message, or Twitter Direct Message. I hope this can be sorted out soon!
