I can't see my transaction in my PayPal history but I see it in my bank account history

Hi everyone! I bought an item from eBay and I paid via PayPal. When I paid, paypal just spun .. I see the transaction in my bank account history but I don't see it in my Paypal history.. What can I do?

Welcome! Did you possibly checkout as a guest? If so, you normally will not see that transaction in your PayPal account. If you didn't check out as a guest, and you're still not seeing the transaction in your account history, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
