I wan't to partially refund a customer but the Transaction Details page just keeps reloading. Both when I select Refund from the Activity page as when I click the refund button in the Transaction Details page. I don't have this problem with other customers. Is this a bug or is something else going on?
Hi @Team_INA I understand your concern regarding issuing refund. I recommend that you try using the PayPal website (laptop/desktop) and use a different card/bank.
I would also suggest you to logout and re-login and check. If you still face the same issue, I would suggest you to please initiate it as a new transaction and send money.
