I can't find my refund

Paypal show in activity that 142 euros refunded from booking.com on December 5th, but today is January 9th, 2023. I have not received any money. what's the solution?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

I sent a message, they answer that you should go to your bank maybe there is a problem with your bank.. but when I went to bank said, there is no problem from the bank

Hello, I have the same problem. The pay Pal activity status is completed but I still can't see money on bank account. On april 17 th, the money was refunded from booking.com. Today is may, 22 th, and I still haven't received any money. Could You help me?

Did you finally receive the refund? How many days did it take?

In my case refund was issued on 19th July and today is 8th August. Still I do not see the refund amount credited back to my card account.
