I can't convert money from GBP to USD

when trying to convert from GBP to USD, i get a popup message saying:
"right now, we're not able to transfer funds to your bank."

I am from georgia (country) and this place has always shown so many errors with paypal its unreal

Transfers to bank accounts are always in local currencies OR the primary opening currency of your paypal account.
