I created my paypal account when I stayed in US(about 4years ago).
I've got the money that was paid back but can't accept it cause I don't have SSN or ITIN.
Paypal customer support said "The only option that we can provide is for you to ask someone in US to log-in to your PayPal account and add your bank so that they can withdraw the funds on the account.".
I don't have someone who can help this problem and my bank account in US.
I apologize for poor English but how should I do to solve this?? (I can't accept over $2000 my money for 4years... )

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
You can however in most countries add a U.S bank account (not card) to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company and allows that option for U.S Paypal account holders working in other countries.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
