I've Successfully Connected my Westpac account to my PayPal Account with some help from Tutorials Online.
Now I want to transfer money from my Westpac Account to my PayPal Account. But Every time I want to Transfer Funds, It does this
Now I don't have a proper Debit/Credit Card to use for this, I'm trying to connect through my Bank
Westpac only gave me a Eftpos Swipe Card which doesn't support Visa or Mastercard nor does it provide all the necessary details to fill in the description.
Its either that PayPal doesn't Recognized my Westpac Bank Account
Or PayPal isn't cooperative with The Westpac Bank
I'm not sure myself, Please Help.
