I can not receive payments from my clients. And I don't know how to contact the support.

Hi,

 

I can not receive payments since 2 or 3 weeks. Every client try to pay got a message that say: The payment can't be completed due regulations.

And yesterday my client from UK got this message: the transaction has been declined after we found a risk associated with your payment.

I don't know the reason and I don't know how to contact the support!

Do you still have a credit visa linked on your account that has not expired etc?

If so then.........

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Yes I read this before. I'm using PayPal very long time and this is the first time I can not receive payments.
