I am waiting 5 months for a refund, and in my summary it says my money is back.

Hello!

I did a payment at July 20 2021 and instantly i asked for a refund, but my money never returned to my PayPal account or to my bank account. What should i do and also where should i call or ask for this? I talked with my bank and they told me that i have to solve this with PayPal.

So did the seller issue you with a refund?

Did you get a Paypal email confirmation of a refund?

Well there is a refund transaction in my history but there is no money.

I did not get an email from the company or PayPal for a refund.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).
