Hello and sorry for my poor english.

So i recently had a problem with Evike.com.

They refunded my money bcuz of a missing license which i didnt have and sent it to my PayPal.

The money came in, but since i never used PayPal before i accidently sent the money back to Evike.com.

I tried to cancel the payment but the cancel button was not there meaning its already been claimed by Evike.com.

When i contacted Evike.com. They told me that they haven't received any money. That PayPal might be holding on to the money.

Which is impossible since the cancel button isnt there anymore. So i waited a week from their reply. No money was sent back to me yet.

Its quite a lot of money. I sent an email today as well hoping ill get more answers.

So id like to ask u all if they are trying to scam me and if so how should i precide.

Sorry for all the trouble and thank u for all the answers.

Hi @memame11

Sorry to hear of the concern with this transaction.

Is the transaction reflecting in the Activity on your PayPal account? If yes, does the status of the payment reflect as Completed? If it does, that means the payment was sent to the receiver. If the payment is on hold on their end, they would still have access to issue a refund. If you have any issues working this out with the receiver of the payment, you'd have the option to file a dispute to request a refund.

I hope this information helps!

Thanks,
