I Want to pay using my paypal balance not credit card but i can't

So I currently have some balance in my paypal and i want to spend in instead of the money inside my credit card
but everytime i click on prefered paying method it doesn't show paypal balance

Can't use a balance in your country unfortunately.

Back when i had personal account i saw it as an option (now my account is business)
keep in mind that i recieved the money less than 24 hours ago

I am from algeria, do i have to wait 30 days to use my funds??

I Did
i did link my visa card to my account but for now i get an error everytime i try to transfer the balance to it.
Are my funds now just stuck in paypal forever?

Has to be a credit visa and not a debit visa.

Also did you confirm the card after adding it with the 4 digit code?

Also did you select the auto withdrawal option on your paypal account?
