Cannot Cancel a Pending Payment in Chrome desktop or iPhone App. Help says choose Activity then Cancel underneath the payment, there is no Cancel option!!!

You can normally cancel a pending payment only if the email address is non-existent due to a typo for example and so would never transfer.

Other than that its pending until the recipient claims it and either processes your order or refunds you.

If they don't claim it then it would time out at 30 days.

Advice is voluntary.
