How widraw if not card or bank account

How if only option is used debit card or bank to widraw funds on paypal how if don't have I ask it's that ok if I used smartpadala

I understand your concern regarding withdrawing funds from PayPal account to your card/bank. And what if you don't have any.

With PayPal Balance account it's simple to withdraw money. You can transfer money directly to your linked bank account or Visa and MasterCard Debit & Prepaid Cards.

Here’s how to withdraw money:

1. Click Transfer Money under your available balance.
2. Select where you would like to transfer money from.
3. Select where you'd like to transfer the money to.
4. Enter the amount.
5. Click Continue.

If you don't want to transfer money to your bank account, you can request a check.
Log in to your PayPal account, click Transfer Money under your balance and click Request a check by mail instead.
Customers in the U.S. should receive checks within 1-2 weeks. It may take up to 6 weeks for customers outside the U.S. to receive a check.

While Standard transfers are free, we apply a fee for Instant transfers and for each issued check.
