Does anyone use Pay pal as an account to save money for something planned for future? I cant seem to top up my account with funds so that I dont touch that money until it reaches my goal
The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country. If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.
