How to raise amount I can transfer to my debit card?

I don't mind being charged 15 bucks every time I move money from paypal to my debit card, but I do mind when they have such a low "weekly" amount. How can I raise the amount?  Have searched everywhere and can find nothing about it. Thank you.

Below are the withdrawal limits mandated by Visa. Other customary PayPal limits may also apply.

Consumers (Personal / Premier Accounts)

• Up to $5,000 per transaction
• Up to $5,000 per day
• Up to $5,000 per week
• Up to $15,000 per month

Merchants (Business Accounts)

• $50,000 per transaction
• $100,000 per day
• $250,000 per week
• $500,000 per month

Regrettably, these limits cannot be increased. I hope this helps!
