How to open a case with paypal support, for unreceived withdrawals ?

I have made a withdrawal transaction to my bank card. every time I do it, it is instant receival, but now, the funds have not got into my card since yesterday. The transaction is completed, but I don't see the funds in my card. Please help Transaction ID: 6WV673871D652782E

 

How can one open a case for withdrawals ?

when I click on resolution center, for the transaction, I see no option to report unreceived withdrawals,

I'm sorry to hear you both haven't received your withdrawals. If you'd like to learn more about withdrawal timeframes, I suggest visiting this Help Center article. Sometimes, withdrawals are placed under review, which can extend the timeframe. If you still don't see the money in your account after two full calendar weeks, please reach out to Customer Support and request that they file a trace.

I feel your frustration, I have the same problem, contacted message center three times (!!!), they talked about some existing technical problems with my bank and let me know, once it is finished. Nothing. Found the transaction in resolution center, filled the problem as duplicate transaction (why? because fault UX design, not able to mark this as an withdrawal - not my problem), screenshot there every message from message center, added bank statement, where the transaction is obviously not visible. guess what? Resolved, transaction was successful - I appealed - resolved. Absolutely no info and every action takes weeks here. Worst user experience ever. For the bots, admins, moderators, messengers and other useless stuff, before you try delete this, just check the transaction. 82F94073TV420800K. Waiting for my money since 3.11.2023.

Hello Meghan,

It is clear as a day for me, that you didn't even check my problem, all three already closed messages in message centre, closed -thing- in resolution centre and one new opened message in message centre. I was pointing for lack of information, just -wait-, maybe -wait some more- or -wait even a little bit longer- and -better to not try another withdrawal, before this one is successfully finished, so you don't have two problems-. I had no clue, that there were some internal communication happening between Paypal and my bank till about last week. Just yeah, there is some kind of technical problem, acknowledged, wait. I don't need to check any articles now. I know what is happening (finally) now. I'm not about to close the opened message yet, until I see my money on my account, so you guys still see it in some ticketing system as an old ticket, which should be already closed, blinking all the red alerts in reports, with latest replies, that I want to be updated if there is any new info. And boy, this approach seems to be working now. Fresh info every now and then. Somebody finally reaching with me. So.. no I didn't received my money in my account in two full calendar week, neither I received my money in my account in more than two full calendar months. No, this was not helpful, and frankly speaking it seems that you care about some kudos more than actually supporting your customers.
