How to not automatically get my USD Converted to Cad if Canadian Citizen

I am in Canada. I want when US customers send me US Dollars that it stays in USD and not converted to Cad. Can I then send that USD to my Us Bank Account

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency.
