I received communication from PayPal about how to stop an automatic payment. It said to log into my PayPal account, go to my profile and
"My Money" and stop the payment. But I can't find my profile or "My Money". How do I do this?

Profile is settings the icon next to log out > preapproved or automatic payments are in the blue band at the top of that page.

Thanks. It took awhile but I think I finally found it. The nomenclature was nothing like the email sent to me.

Guess the advice depended on if you were using the web or the app.
Profile / settings pretty easy to find and 'my money' would equate to automatic payments?

Yes, automatic payments was the key not my money. Many times companies have stock responses to inquiries but don’t change them when the programmers change the programs. Must b laziness.
