How to get a running balance for paypal received payments/transfers to bank

Hi, I'm just trying to make sure that I actually received this money and it was actually transferred to my bank account. I received a payment from a friend earlier this year for $100 via paypal. Shows in my account as completed but there were emails asking me to accept it which has me worried. Checked my wells account to see if I had it been transferred and there are no transfers for $100, just one for $3xx.xx. There is nowhere on the site to check my running balance anymore, I had sold tickets in the last few years via stubhub, not sure if thats the $300 or paypal rewards, and or if it includes my friends $100 payment. Tried counting it up myself and can't find anything in the last year other than my friends $100 payment, when filtering for payment received under account activity.

Like, I'm just looking for a running account of my "paypal" balance to confirm my bank received payments.

Hello @cjthelegend

Thanks for stopping by the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry about the concern caused by the emails advising you to accept a payment. If your email wasn't confirmed or your account wasn't verified when you first received the payment, you might have had to manually claim/accept the payment. As long as the transaction shows 'completed' within your PayPal Activity, that means it successfully reached your balance. To see what happened to the payment after it was received, I suggest creating an Activity Report by following the steps listed in this Help Center article: How do I view and download statements and reports?

If you need any help or aren't sure even after creating the report, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website.

I hope this helps and you find out what happened!
