I saw this video on facebook for a beautiful wind powered art on sale and went to the website, after buying through paypal I got adds on my feed from different sellers listing the same thing under different titles.
I've done a little looking and am now suspicious of the seller and think its best to get on top of it as I dont expect a response to my email.

However, you can contact the merchant and ask for a refund or you can file a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your account.
