Hello, My cousin mistakenly sent me money as a biz instead of friends / family. It’s status is pending in my account since I’m not a business. How do I cancel this pending payment?
You can't cancel it but to try and get the funds released more quickly mark the transaction as processed and the sender may be able to use the confirm receipt option, if so it will be released 7 days later hopefully but if not it's 21 days.
