My buyer used Business and Services to complete a payment to me, thus, its on hold until I put in the tracking information and they put in 'Complete Receipt'. But they can't do 'Complete Receipt' until I put in the tracking information, but because its digital, there is none? How do I allow them to take the payment off hold.
