How long does it take to receive refund from token used to remove limitation on PayPal account?

I recently removed the limitation on my PayPal account and was charged 1.95 dollars. I was told it’ll be refunded once I put the code sent to my account statement on PayPal but I still didn’t receive it. When can I expect a refund for the token? It’s been 24 hrs now.

Takes about a week, to 30 days depending on the cards processes.
