How long does it take for funds to be transferred into, then out of PayPal account?

**If I sell something thru paypal for one of my garments, for $400 let's say.

**How long before that can be transferred to my bank account?

**Or am I able to have it sent to another 3rd party from PayPal.

I desperately need to make a payment today .

A transfer to a bank largely depends on your bank's clearing process. 

It's best to allow 3 - 5 business days for your bank to process the transfer and for the money to appear in your bank account.
