How long do you wait for transfer from PayPal to Paysera card?

Hello, I made transfer from PayPal to PaySera card yesterday and it's still not on my card, it was instant transfer (typically in few minutes) so I am worried what happened. How long do you wait for transfers to PaySera?

Debit card transfers do normally take 30 minutes on average to complete. However, depending on the card issuer, the transfer could take a bit longer.
