How do i get the fee back paypal charge me?

I sold an item for 3500 and seller paid but i only received 2729 in pounds. Paypal snitched 155 dollars from me which is totally outrageous. I want all the money. All of it.

Paypal charges fee so that they can provide you with the service and pay their staffs wages.

FEES are in the user agreement for your country. Plus you would pay cross border and currency conversion fees.
