How do i get my money back?

PayPal deducted money for a hotel booking which was not made. How do i get my money refunded.

Does the transaction show on your paypal account?

What does it say on that transaction?

The money was taken from my credit card/ bank account, and it says that the issue has been reported... waiting response from seller. I can escalate 25 September?!
