How do I withdraw payments received for Software Consulting in PayPal to my Qatar bank account?

Hello,

Can someone help me with information on how to withdraw the payments I received in PayPal to Qatar bank account. I have registered company in Qatar and deals in Software Consulting Services and Development, my clients resides in US and they are willing to pay me through PayPal.

But as I read there may be some restrictions in Qatar for withdrawing money to Qatari bank account.

Can someone help if there are really restrictions? if not then which banks in Qatar support withdrawing payments from PayPal.
