Some people link their Cashapp card on PayPal and pay with the debit card at PayPal Checkout
or
Link the bank account associated with the Cashapp debit card to your PayPal account to add money to PayPal. There’s no direct way.
Both methods are with hit or miss results.
The most safe way is to have a traditional bank account in common with both PayPal and Cashapp, then transfer from Cashapp to the bank account and then from bank account to PayPal. If you have a debit card associated with this bank account linked to PayPal, use the debit card to pay at checkout instead of having to add money from bank account to PayPal first.
