How do I register into Upwork's billing payment which I don't know my debit Paypal Account?

Dear Sir,

I would like to fill the Upwork's Billing & payment, but I have not had Debit PayPal account. Please advise how to fill card number list. otherwise, I've not had card number.

Not sure I understand you, paypal does not give you a debit card unless you apply for one and don't think its available in your country.

You add a debit / credit card of your own to your paypal account for purchases !!
