I am from the Philippines and every time I link a debit card or bank account, it always registers it in my local currency which is Philippine pesos. I am trying to register a local bank account in US dollars. Is there a way to do this? I am unable to speak to a PayPal representative through the website and have called the US phone number twice already and was unable to connect to a representative either. Please help.
