I have a pending invoice from Nov 2021 for some software I purchased for my business, the invoice says pending payment though I click on it and it says for me to pay. I click pay then it says you can't pay as you are the seller??? I just want this thing removed and I have no clue how to do that as I know I have already paid for my software. Can you help?
I'm sorry to hear that you still have an invoice stating that it needs to be paid. I understand how frustrating this would be. I see you've stated that the invoice says you are the seller. In this case, I suggest viewing the Help Center article here to view how to delete or cancel an invoice.
