Hi everyone! I forgot my login details last month, and used a guest account to pay for a subscription - now i cannot cancel it. I have already tried reaching out to the seller, but they have been no help. Please advise on what to do? I also tried calling PayPal's customer service, but was on hold for a while... also with no help. Thank you!

Please note, if the subscription was activated with the guest checkout, it is likely that the subscription is active with the card issuer instead of PayPal. Hence, please contact your card issuer to cancel the subscription.
