I made a payment to be split between two credit cards but I was purchasing from a site that had a time limit and it was timed out right as I was making the transaction. One of my credit cards was charged and the other wasn't. But I want to cancel it. But when I try it states there is no record of the transaction. But I have the email regarding the pending payment. What do I do? I can't reach an actual person to help me.
