How do I block a merchant from getting funds from my account?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I don't have a subscription. But I followed your advice, although not all the instructions seemed applicable to what I saw on the screen. Nevertheless I managed to find 'Pre-approved payments' via the settings icon, and was able to make the merchant 'Inactive'.

I'm extremely grateful to you, especially for providing a solution so quickly.

How quickly you get a response is dependent on when someone decides to give up their time and log in to be honest.

However glad you sorted it but if it was in your automatic payments then you had set a subscription up (however inadvertently) so glad you have cancelled it.
