My brother paypaled me money to cover his share of a gift I paid for. The money he sent me sat in my account balance for about three weeks, as I decided that instead of withdrawing the money to my bank account, I was going to use it for sending money to another person which I planned to do today.
Today I logged in and the balance was zero. The money has not been transferred to my bank account. None of my other paypal transactions say they used the balance, they all took from my bank account. My activity doesn't show anything about what happened to it. The balance was there when I last logged in on September 3rd.
Do I lose money in my PayPal balance if I don't use it or withdraw it within a certain timeframe?
