How can I tell what payment method a buyer uses ?

When someone pays for my invoice, I would like to know what payment method the buyer used.

Moreover, I would like to restrict payment methods ONLY to Paypal balance. Can I do that ?

No you can't, its the buyers business as to which funding source they link to their Paypal account and use.

As far as the seller is concerned the buyer has paid via Paypal.
