Hey everyone,
I wanted to increase the amount available to me last month, but it was denied. I got an email from Paypal saying that they couldn't approve my request yet because "You’re selling high-risk items that may cause an increase in the number of customer complaints." I was then told to:
'1. give clear, accurate product descriptions, and include photos.
2. Ship right away and add tracking information.
3. Be clear and proactive when communicating with customers.'
I am an online teacher, I teach on different platforms and I have some clients that pay me directly. I sell services, not products. Therefore, I don't have anything to ship. Does anyone have any tips for me what I can do to increase the money available to me? I have already asked Paypal for help, but they aren't much of help, and only said I should do what was advised.
