How can I add one new Automatic payment?

I have attached my account to make a monthly phone-call payment. The phone app shows that the attachment was successful, but there is no automatic payment in my paypal account. The phone company said I should contact paypal support. How can I change or add a new automatic payment for my phone?

I understand your concern about setting up subscription payments. An automatic payment authorizes a merchant to charge you whenever you purchase on merchant's website. This is something that has to be set up on the first checkout with the merchant. Here's the link to the help center article to know more information.
