I received an email from PayPal on the 27th of May said (We've increased the amount immediately available to you each month. New: 2,479.20 USD Previous: 1,000.00 USD) Then on the 2nd of June, I received an email saying Any payments received from sales over $300.00 will be temporarily held and released after orders are fulfilled. Why do the released payments decreased?
