Hotel refunded hold to my Cash card, not PayPal account and it's stuck there.

A hotel hold was placed using my PayPal cash card and the money was refunded to the card. Since my payPal acct funds the card I cannot access the $120 sitting on the card. Nor can I figure out how to move the money from the debit card back into the balance. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Wait a week, up to 30 days for the refund to be posted back to your account balance.
