Hi, is there a way I can use my balance account for instant payment as a credit/debit card?
Not talking about the withdrawal process to my bank account, but a method I can use to pay instantly using my money in a website that only accepts VISA, Mastercard, etc.

You would only be able to use your balance on a website that advertises you can pay with paypal.
