Hi apart from credit card can't we use other form of account e.g mobile money account

Hi is it only working with credit card and debit card,why can't we use something like mobile money accounts?

The system is set up to use debit, credit, or bank accounts. The mobile money account app has to be integrated/have partnership with PayPal, if not, it won’t work. If your mobile money account comes with bank account or a debit card, you might be able to link it to your PayPal wallet if allowed. Some countries cannot link local bank accounts, only U.S. bank accounts though.
