Have you set up a paypal balance account ie the old paypal cash account as per link?

Hi! Thanks for your reply. No, I haven't done anything with it. Kinda weird that PP doesn't do it automatically. It just seems so complicated and annoying. ANyway, I'll try to figure out how. Unless you have an easy solution you can share? Thanks so much.
