Hi, I received a refund from eBay as my item didn't arrive. Then it did arrive and I will need to pay for it again. However, when I selected the the transaction hoping to find some email address or other details on who to pay, there are no such details available. As it was an eBay transaction I only know the seller ebay name, not their email address so I can't return the money. How do I make the payment to them. Thanks. Jay 😊
Can you send them a message via the ebay aution ie 'ask seller a question' OR have you left feedback yet? If not leave a pos asking them to contact you?
Or contact ebay and ask them to reach out to the seller for you?
