I can't do anything because my account is limited. Paypal canceled a total of 97 dollars that I sent last week. And now i'm in trouble as these payments are not made. please refund the moneys because i can't. Or remove my limit for few days so i can transfer it to my bank account. I want a solution from you because remember I can't remove my limit.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
